What is Cultivate?

Organisational culture matters because it influences everything that happens in an organisation.

Developed by Keogh’s team of highly experienced consultants, Cultivate is a culture toolbox designed to deliver and embed real change.

Significant research on factors relating to high performance organisations and flourishing people underpins our Cultivate model.

Centering around the principle of “Purpose” as a key driver to enable a virtuous cycle of business performance and impact, the Cultivate model is scaffolded by three dimensions and 13 elements.

Cultivate sets you up for successful culture change that:

  • Creates a flourishing work environment;
  • Improves organisational performance; and
  • Helps you attract and retain the best talent.
