What piques your curiosity or where do you seek out inspiration?
My curiosity drives me to continuously explore new ideas, expand my knowledge, and develop new skills. I find inspiration everywhere: in science, artistic expression, travel experiences, and nature. As someone who processes thoughts through conversation, I discover that my most meaningful insights emerge through discussions with others. These exchanges of ideas and shared experiences often spark ‘light bulb’ moments for me.
What is a little-known fact about you?
I grew up in a very isolated rural community in WA. I think most people would assume I’m a city girl, but my formative years were spent riding dirt bikes, exploring the bush, catching yabbies, hanging out in shearing sheds and getting electrocuted on electric stock fences!
Could you tell us about somebody who has given you sage wisdom in the past?
A previous boss of mine taught me the importance of sitting and listening to others and how to use a pause to let people have their say – uninterrupted. As someone who has always been keen to share my ideas and experiences and demonstrate empathy, I can be guilty of interjecting too often in conversations. His voice often pops into my head to remind me to actively listen.
Which of our Keogh values speaks to you the loudest? Why?
Humanistic resonates most deeply with me. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can connect meaningfully with others—people are my source of energy and motivation. Keogh’s commitment to placing people at the heart of our work aligns perfectly with how I approach my role. The emphasis on cultivating genuine relationships with clients built on trust, respect, and integrity creates the foundation for meaningful impact. Knowing that my colleagues share this people-first philosophy and that we’re all working toward the same purpose makes coming to work at Keogh genuinely fulfilling for me.
When, where, or with whom do you feel the most fulfilled?
The summer sunsets at Yallingup Beach in WA’s south-west never fail to captivate me. There’s something magical about finding a quiet spot on the sand or up on the hill near Rabbits surf break and watching the sun slowly descend toward the Indian Ocean’s horizon.
Which projects have been the most meaningful to you and why?
Several of my executive coaching engagements have been deeply fulfilling experiences. The power of one-on-one coaching lies in creating space for leaders to examine their approach and take ownership of their growth journey. When leaders engage authentically in this reflective process, the ripple effects can be remarkable—not only do they transform as leaders, but their teams flourish and their organisations benefit from stronger, more intentional leadership at the top.
