My kids make me think all the time.

Coaching and developing people, whether professional or personal.

Could you tell us a story about a moment of realisation in your lifetime?

I visited Vietnam more than 25 years ago. I came away from that trip recognising that so many had nothing in the way of possessions, yet always had a smile on their face or were willing to share what they had, even when it meant they may struggle for the next month. It made me realise the importance of our connections with people and not to sweat the small stuff or worry about first world issues.
