We’re excited to introduce Rebecca (Becs) Reti, our Executive General Manager Consulting – East Coast, leading Keogh’s growth and impact across the eastern states. With over 20 years of experience in strategy and business transformation, spanning corporate leadership and consulting, Bec’s brings a deep understanding of how organisations can align their strategy, people, and operations for sustainable success.

A Career Rooted in Transformation

Bec’s’ career began in the disability, health and aged care sector, where she worked in operational and leadership roles focused on individual change. Working in roles with a deep focus on people became the foundation of her approach to transformation. As her career progressed, she naturally expanded from leading individual and team-level change to driving large-scale business improvement and organisational transformation, later evolving her focus to strategy and complex execution, ensuring businesses were not only set up for success but also equipped to sustain it.

As she took on more complex challenges, Bec’s developed a reputation for balancing big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, ensuring organisations don’t just design great strategies, but also have the right conditions, leadership and capabilities to deliver them effectively.

Bec’s has led complex business and organisational transformations across a wide range of industries, supporting organisations to embed integrated business planning, reshape governance models, strengthen performance and reporting frameworks, and modernise delivery functions. She has stood up and scaled Change Management, Project Management, and Enterprise PMO (ePMO) practices, and led transformations integrating Agile and Human-Centred design into core ways of working.

One of Becs’ proudest achievements was leading Strategic Planning and Change for New Zealand Post, at a time when the organisation was facing significant transformation and focused on unlocking future growth. “It wasn’t just about working with the leadership to set strategic direction, it was about making sure the business had the right clarity, structures, conversations, and decision-making processes to move forward with confidence. Strategy is only as good as an organisation’s ability to execute it.”

She helped the business define a roadmap for growth, breaking down silos and embedding new ways of working that aligned leadership, empowered teams, and focused on delivering tangible results. “It was incredibly challenging, but it also reinforced something I’ve always believed: transformation isn’t about forcing change from the top, it’s about creating the right conditions for people at every level to contribute, adapt, and drive progress. That’s where real impact happens.”

What sets Bec’s apart is her ability to connect strategy to execution in a way that’s both rigorous and human. She’s known for creating the conditions that make transformation stick, aligning leadership, building execution muscle, and embedding the governance, delivery disciplines, and cultural shifts needed to drive real change. Whether standing up delivery functions, embedding integrated business planning, or reshaping ways of working, she brings clarity to complexity and helps organisations move from intention to impact.

Bringing Keogh’s Impact to the East Coast

Following a move from New Zealand to Brisbane, Bec’s decision to join Keogh was driven by shared values and a passion for unlocking organisational potential.

“It felt serendipitous. Meeting the team, I immediately saw alignment, not just in experience, but in the way we think about transformation. Keogh’s deep expertise in leadership, culture, and business performance is a powerful foundation to build on, and my experience complements this well, extending our offering for our clients.”

Bec’s is focused on expanding Keogh’s presence across the East Coast, forging strong client partnerships, and helping organisations rethink how they drive performance, set strategic direction, manage complexity, and lead their people through change.

“It’s an exciting challenge, not just to grow Keogh’s footprint, but to help more businesses navigate change in a way that delivers real, lasting impact. Many industries are experiencing significant disruption, and I see incredible opportunities to help leaders build organisations that are more adaptive, resilient, and ready for the future.”

We’re thrilled to have Bec’s on board and look forward to the impact she will drive for our business and clients.
