Leaders Unedited Episode 9 – Chelsea Gray on making data driven business decisions

Chelsea Gray is General Manager of Digital Technologies and Analytics for mining and construction equipment dealer WesTrac. With a Bachelor of Economics – in which she achieved A Class Honours – from the University of Western Australia, Chelsea has held numerous leadership roles focused on technology and business improvement.

Since joining WesTrac in 2018, Chelsea has specialised in leading teams to overcome business challenges by leveraging data. One of her strengths – and perhaps it comes from having worked in largely male-dominated environments throughout her career – is her ability to clearly articulate to non-technical people the vital role that data can play in driving better results.

Chelsea’s discussion with Leaders Unedited host Margit Mansfield during Episode Nine broaches a range of topics, from the ongoing challenges of achieving gender diversity to the increasing importance of data-driven business decisions.
