Business transformation and organisational culture specialist Keogh Consulting has won Best Management Consulting Firm for the second year running after taking out the category in the Beaton Research + Consulting 2023 Client Choice Awards.
The back-to-back award comes from a field of competitive entrants in the less than $30 million revenue category and was announced today.
Keogh CEO Margit Mansfield said the firm was humbled to be nominated as a finalist and thrilled to recognised as top of its field in this year’s awards, which were entered by more than 270 firms.
“Our role as a professional services firm is to focus on a holistic approach listening to and providing advice and guidance to our clients,” she said.
“Winning this award give us a real acknowledgement that our clients value this approach, with the feedback demonstrating Keogh as a firm is making a positive difference in workplaces across Australia.
“It’s also a tribute to the great people Keogh has, who all play an important role delivering outcomes to clients and leading their field when it comes to providing expertise our clients require.”
In their 19th year, the Client Choice Awards rewards firms for best practice in the professional services sector, excellent client service, technical expertise, innovation and client experience. It is the only multi-profession and fully client-judged awards anywhere in the world.
In 2023 more than 17,000 pieces of client feedback were used to adjudicate the awards, which span six categories with entrants from Australia and New Zealand.
Compiled by market insights and client preference specialist Beaton Benchmarks, client feedback considered through the judging process is anonymised and submitted confidentially. All client ratings submitted are then independently researched by Beaton
Beaton Executive Chairman Dr George Beaton said the number and calibre of entrants to the Client Choice Awards continues to improve year on year.
“It is impressive to watch and fascinating to see the heights to which firms can soar by listening to client feedback and drawing on benchmarks to continuously improve and deliver excellent client service,” he said.
Ms Mansfield said in a consulting industry becoming more and more competitive, it was important to develop genuine relationships with clients and provide niche services.
“If clients receive exceptional service and results, they will tell others, and help us grow our brand awareness and reputation,” she said.
“That helps us not only retain clients but makes the work we do with and for them stand out.”
