Keogh takes top gong in 2022 Client Choice Awards

Business transformation and organisational culture specialist Keogh Consulting has been recognised as Best Management Consulting Firm in the Beaton Research + Consulting 2022 Client Choice Awards.

The gong comes from a field of competitive entrants in the less than $30 million revenue category and was presented to the Company in late June.

Keogh CEO Margit Mansfield said the firm was humbled to be nominated as a finalist and thrilled to have won after navigating a difficult 24 months of service delivery.

“This is acknowledgement that as a firm we are making a positive difference in workplaces across Australia and all our people at Keogh have played a role in delivering that difference,” she said.

“It confirms the Keogh team as individuals and a collective are leading in their field and delivering results.”

Now in their eighth year, the Client Choice Awards rewards firms for excellent client service, technical expertise, innovation and client experience. It is the only multi-profession and fully client-judged awards anywhere in the world.

In 2022 more than 250 professional services firms from Australia and New Zealand entered the awards across four categories.

Ms Mansfield said in a consulting industry becoming more and more competitive, it was important to develop genuine relationships with clients and provide niche services.

“If clients receive exceptional service and results, they will tell others, and help us grow our brand awareness and reputation,” she said.

“That helps us not only retain clients but makes the work we do with and for them stand out.”
