The turmoil of recent times has tested many. Analysts predict even tougher times ahead. It seems the only guarantees are change, uncertainty, and that life will continue to present challenges. That’s why reinforcing a capacity for resilience is essential for everyone, especially for leaders and those who aspire to lead.

Resilience is honed from combining, compounding and practising many learnable skills. It involves self awareness, mindfulness, self care, relationships and purpose. It’s knowing when to accept what is, how to listen to one’s body, and ultimately, having a better understanding of ourselves. This personal resilience translates into organisational resilience, amplifying the benefits to all those around us.

The world needs leaders who – to borrow a phrase from Rudyard Kipling – are able to “keep your head when all about you are losing theirs”. Ask yourself honestly: are you treading water or really embracing your capacity to bring your best to rapidly changing situations?

Our free online webinar will be delivered in partnership with Aspen Coaching and Resilient Organisations; a short online workshop that has been designed for emerging leaders who desire to do more than ‘cope’, but to excel through challenging times.

Participants will also get a taste of one of Keogh’s most successful development models, The Wisdom Wheel, which has been utilised and praised by many of Australia’s leading executives.
