We are seeking an organisation development consultant to join the Perth team. If you’re experienced in contributing to the success of businesses through developing strategies with executives and working to lift the performance of teams, this role may be just the right fit.

The work will be varied and include:

  • Identifying client needs and designing, leading, and delivering appropriate interventions (e.g. culture change, team development, strategy development)
  • Developing and implementing leadership development programs
  • Generating and project managing business leads and sales
  • Coaching C-suite individuals and teams across a range of industries
  • Working with the team to support a high-performing flourishing culture in Perth

Knowledge

  • A qualification in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent  
  • Accreditation in recognised psychometric tools such as LSI, LI, OCI, GENOS, CCL, BarOn EQi, MBTI, Leadership Circle Profile is desirable  
  • Formal credentials in coaching, human-centred design thinking, graphic facilitation, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, will also be favourably considered  

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in an Organisational Development and/or Management Consulting role 
  • Experience working with a small-medium sized consultancy or experience running one’s own consultancy is desirable 
  • Compelling people and communication skills  
  • A proven track-record for business development  
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small, diverse team environment  
  • Expertise in facilitation, coaching C-suite, group coaching, mentoring and team building 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individual, team-based and organisational transformation strategies, and programs 
  • Experience in working with an Executive team to shape business strategy and build plans to implement  
  • Operating model redesign and operational efficiency / business improvement experience and expertise would be favourably considered  
  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritise workload to deliver project outcomes 
  • Experience in preparing summary reports and research papers 
  • Leadership, project, and people management experience 
  • Competent in Office365. Confident in running virtual client interactions, with experience using a variety of on-line platforms, e.g. MS-teams, Zoom.
