Culture Expert Margit Mansfield Appointed CEO of Keogh Consulting

NATIONAL business transformation specialists Keogh Consulting are delighted to announce the appointment of Margit Mansfield as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Keogh, which has offices in Perth and Brisbane and a global footprint, specialises in business, culture and leadership transformation.

Ms Mansfield, formerly Keogh’s Principal and Innovation Lead, is based in Perth and has been with the boutique consulting firm since 2013.

Ms Mansfield is a registered psychologist with extensive experience working in Australia, Britain and Africa, providing strategic advice for a range of industries including mining, energy, engineering, professional and financial services, health care and tertiary education.

“For many businesses the past two years has been a time of great upheaval,” she said.

“The new year will also bring unprecedented challenges as Australian jurisdictions re-open their borders to each other and the world.

“They include business model disruption, accelerating digitisation, hybrid working, scarcity of talent, the great resignation, increase focus on ESG obligations, increasing employee voice in how they want to be led and treated, and a range of other issues increasingly ever present.

“Ensuring organisations and leaders are equipped with the right tools to be resilient and adaptable during uncertain times is at the heart of what we do at Keogh and we are excited at the opportunities this brings.”

Ms Mansfield said she was honoured to lead Keogh and proud to be part of an innovative consultancy punching well above its weight when it comes to transforming organisations to help them thrive.

“We are constantly developing new IP and have strong relationships with thought leaders globally and nationally that we draw on to ensure we are top of our game,” she said.

“Our focus is on delivering evidence-based solutions that build capability in our clients so they become self-sufficient.”

Born and raised in Africa but based in Perth for the last 20 years, Ms Mansfield is passionate about encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace — essential to creating a thriving culture and the benefits that accompany it.

She said Keogh was on the cusp of launching an exciting new suite of products in 2022 designed to unlock human potential to create high performing, flourishing organisaitons, with people at heart.

Keogh Founder Allan Keogh said Ms Mansfield was an exceptional leader with a wealth of global experience in culture transformation, change management and leadership development and the best person to lead the organisation in 2022 and beyond.

“We are honoured to have Margit at the helm as we continue to support Australian businesses and their leaders navigate through these challenging times,” he said.

“Margit’s pragmatic and business-focused organisation development, change and project management skills are a huge asset to Keogh and will continue to be an enormous benefit to businesses across the country as they navigate through what for many is uncharted waters.”

With more than 37 years of experience across multiple geographies and industry sectors, Keogh Consulting partners with organisations to effectively manage the human side of organisational change.

The Company has worked with organisations in every state of Australia and extensively throughout Africa, India, Europe and the Asia Pacific rim.
