Extend is a truly unique program that takes a holistic approach to leadership development in addition to technical leadership skills (TQ).
Based on one of Keogh’s most successful development models, the Wisdom Wheel, the Extend leadership development program also stretches your Emotional Intelligence (EQ), defines your purpose or Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and builds on your resilience and recovery through developing Physical Intelligence (PQ).
As part of the programme, experience a challenging and rewarding 5-day trek through the magnificent Lamington National Park (Queensland), as well as assisting vulnerable people within the community. Our experiential leadership programme will guide you to step out of your comfort zone and extend your leadership skills through “learning while doing”.
