The opportunity
We are seeking a Consultant, with 3-5 years of experience, to join our Brisbane team and contribute meaningfully to help us achieve our client outcomes and support the growth of our business. You will play an instrumental role in various aspects of consulting, including research, analysis, design, delivery, project management, logistics support, and business development, working alongside experienced practitioners.

In this role you will:
· Work collaboratively with senior consultants to design and deliver innovative solutions for business transformation projects (e.g., change programs, strategic planning, leadership and capability development).
· Actively project manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, to achieve and even exceed client expectations.
· Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to foster a people-centric approach to engagement management.
· Conduct research, data analysis, and assessments to identify client needs, project objectives, and formulate strategic recommendations.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation, offering actionable recommendations to clients.
· Act as a point of contact for assigned project tasks, fostering strong client relationships.
· Design and facilitate workshops, providing coaching and advisory support to clients.
· Support and lead the development of proposals, marketing materials, and business development activities.
· Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their challenges.
· Be actively involved in developing and growing our business, by delivering on your sales target.
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and adaptability, actively seeking opportunities to broaden your skill set.
· Be a proactive and positive contributor to the Keogh team, sharing knowledge, best practice, and learnings.

What you bring to the table
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity with internal or external clients.
• Experience being involved in the design, development, and delivery of organisational transformation programs (leadership development, change management, project delivery)
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting research, assessments, and data-driven analysis.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and research summaries.
• Excellent project coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, diverse team environment.
• Resilience and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients, associates, and team members.
